Amaryllis

This is my amaryllis. It was a donation for my last benefit and no one bid on it. I had always wanted to grow one so i took it home. I have never seen anything grow so fast you could nearly sit and watch it grow. I had it sitting next to my coffee pot and in the AM (when i tell myself i can have coffee but never get around to making it) I would take notice of how tall it was... then in the afternoon when i actually GET my coffee (4pm pick me up) it would be like 2 inches taller!!!

anyhow its bloomed and aint it pretty?
