BIG Bird -- Eagle?

I could not resist a second post today!



I took these pictures this afternoon outside of my bathroom window. Actually the fence you see is the fence my bluebird house sits on. I believe this is a juvenile bald eagle. I am not certain that it is, and this is only speculation until i can get confirmation from a reputable source. Bald eagles have been seen here before....

If you compare both pictures, it doesn't look like I have lost my mind does it?



After showing thse photos to MANY people the general thought is that this is a JUVENILE RED TAILED HAWK not a bald eagles as i first thought! Bummer...
