a new Linus blanket

I bought some fleece, that wasn't quite big enough to cut and tie, so i got to thinking about my new sewing machine.

I had a joiner stitch that I used. I ran the stitch right along the very edge of the fabric much like a finish stitch. Where the thread isnt on the material, its just a twisted little loop.

This loop is going to give me some where to hook in some yarn to the blanket, so I can crochet a pretty ruffle around this blanket.
