I need a blue bird box

A week or so ago I noticed a blue bird sitting on a "bird house perch" But i never really used it as a bird house, i always dumped feed into it.

But Alas, I have not fed my birds since the end of winter so i haven't had all that many birds. Yes the cats are not happy about it.

so I thought if i leave these Blue birds alone maybe they will build in my pumpkin house...

but after a week i am seeing that they don't want to build in it but as most Realtors say its all about location....

so we are going to get a spanking new house for them and put it out in their favorite location and see what happends.

they have also investigated my squirrel feeder to see if that is alright to use....
